About Us
Built in 1880 as a community gathering place, the Grand Hall ballroom has been completely renovated and is once again OPEN to host special events. Our unique space is located on the second level of the historic Exchange Bank Building in downtown Farmington. The building is on the National Register of Historic Places and has a long history of entertaining the community. The vintage ballroom is approx. 2800 sq ft of open space, natural hardwood floors and woodwork, with a high ceiling and tall windows that fill the room with natural light all day, creating a stunningly unique atmosphere perfect for any occasion.
Ballroom Details:
Room dimensions; 60 ft long and 44 ft wide. Capacity is 180 and all rentals include tables and chairs, linens not included and candles are not allowed. Renters are responsible for the room setup and take-down, unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Food and Beverage
Grand Hall does not have a kitchen or a liquor license. Please ask for our vendor list of preferred caterers if needed. You may also bring your own food and beverage.
Sound & Lights
Grand Hall has a music DJ, sound system and special lighting available at your request for an additional fee. You may also bring in your own entertainment.

Please call 651-460-2701 for date availability. Security deposit reserves your date, payment in full with signed contract confirms your event. **Security deposit returned within two weeks after your event.
Security Deposit and Rental Fee will be processed at the time of booking. Rental Fee must be paid in full to guarantee date/time.
Cancellation Policy:
All groups will receive a 100% refund if bookings are canceled with more than 6 months notice.
Other Details: Our vintage ballroom offers a unique atmosphere and charm that is rare to find in a venue. It is perfect for small to medium size groups. Adjoining the ballroom is our fitness studio perfect for dressing or a prep area. For your convenience; free parking, handicap accessible and free WIFI is available.
Use the Grand Hall for receptions, anniversary parties, birthdays, reunions, showers, dance parties and more. Throughout the year we offer ballroom dance lessons for everyone including bridal parties or the bridegroom couple.
